3 months ago, my back was killing me. i have an irregular spine and it can cause pretty bad pain in the left side of my back. but…

  • i started and continue to exercise and my routine is as simple as running and pushups
  • i strive to no longer sit indian style or on my feet or slouching. back straight, feet on the ground.
  • i no longer lie down in bed on my stomach but on my back with a pillow under my knees, or on my side with a pillow between my knees.
  • my back pain has decreased dramatically. it gets a little stiff from time to time, but it is nowhere near as painful as it used to be.

    having good health is often as simple as doing healthy things. live the future well.
